Keoladeo

Keoladeo is famous as one of Asia’s finest birding areas, with over 380 resident and migrant species, including the Common, Demoiselle and the rare Siberian Cranes. It is also an excellent place to watch mammals like Golden Jackal, Striped Hyaena, Fishing Cat, Jungle Cat, Nilgai, Sambar, Blackbuck and wild Boar.

Pushkar

Pushkar is a sacred town for the Hindus, situated 11 kms. to the North-West of Ajmer. The charm of this sleepy, lakeside settlement so captivated the great Indian poet, Kalidas,that it found a place in his classic, Abhigyan Sakuntalam. The Great Hindu epics of Mahabharat and Ramayana make references to this religious place regarded to be Adi Tiratha. Evidence points to its having existed during the fourth century B.C. lake in the inhospitable surroundings of a desert is no less than a miracle.

Ajanta Ellora

A set of 29 caves, the Ajanta Ellora caves, inspired by Buddhist architecture, are among the finest examples of early Buddhist civilization. Paintings depicting the Jataka tales and other diverse stories of Buddha come to life in these caves. One of the most celebrated tourist destinations around the world, the caves at Ajanta and Ellora are examples of unmatched artistic and engineering excellence.

  • Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. Delhi city tour visiting Rajghat - cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, Red Fort ,India Gate, President House & Qutub Minar. After lunch, drive to Agra, overnight in hotel.
  • Day 3: Visit Taj Mahal at sun rise and Agra Fort. After lunch, drive to Bharatpur - famous for KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK. Enroute visit the Fatehpur Sikri - deserted capital city of Mughals famous for beautiful palaces, gardens and huge buland darwaja (door). Overnight in hotel at Bharatpur.
  • Day 4: Early morning visit Bharatpur bird sanctuary mainly famous for Siberian Cranes. After lunch drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri, overnight in hotel.
