  • Day 1: TORGIANO, ROME
    Arrival at Torgiano, Umbria

    Explore Wine and Olive Oil museums which will reveal all the secrets of wine and olive oil making in this area of Italy, from the ancient times till today. Then Visit Lungarotti wineyards and taste the classicTorgiano Rosso “Rubesco”, Torgiano Bianco “Torre di Giano” and the newly created “Toralco” and “Torveto”.

  • Day 2: ASSISI

    Explore Assisi, the city of St. Francis with the beautiful St. Francis Basilica decorated with the worldwide famous Giotto’s frescoes. In Afternoon learn the secrets of traditional Italian and local cuisine, with wine pairing.

  • Day 3: MONTEFALCO, SPELLO

    Visit Montefalco, the homeland of the worldwide famous Sagrantino wine. Taste the classic Montefalco Rosso, the famous Montefalco Sagrantino and the delicious sweet Montefalco Sagrantino Passito. In afternoon visit the beautiful medieval village of Spello and admire its white and pink stone houses with breathtaking renaissance fresco by Pinturicchio in the Cappella Baglioni. Then you can Visit a typical olive oil mill in this area, one of the top producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with olive oil tastings.

  • Day 4:ORVIETO
    Arrival in south Umbria, at the border with Tuscany.

    Visit the beautiful town of Orvieto buit on a rock cliff, and visit the magnificent Cathedral and admire Signorelli’s most famous paintings.

    In afternoon, Winery visit in the Orvieto area which is famous for its white grapes and renowned local wineries: Barberani or Castello di Corbara.

  • Day 5: MAREMMA (TUSCANY)

    Start you day with visiting the incredible “ghost village” of Civita di Bagnoregio and the spectacular village built with “tufo” sandstone of Pitigliano.

    In afternoon Winery visit in the Grosseto area in Maremma, famous for its Morellino di Scansano. Visit a renowned local winery and experience the great Morellino di Scansano and the exclusive “Saffredi” or “Avvoltore“.

  • Day 6: MAREMMA, PISA

    • Start your day with the world famous Super Tuscan wines! Then Winery visit in Bolgheri, to taste the superb “Sassicaia” at Tenuta San Guido or in Castagneto Carducci to taste the equally great“Ornellaia” at Tenuta dell’Ornellaia.

    Montalcino: visit of the beautiful medieval town and winery visit to the beautiful estates at Poggio Antico or Biondi Santi, to taste theBrunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino.
