Magdalena Bay

Bahía Magdalena is a 50 km long bay in Comondú Municipality along the western coast of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It is protected from the Pacific Ocean by the sandy barrier islands of Isla Magdalena and Isla Santa Margarita.

La Paz

Nuestra Señora de La Paz is the seat of government of Bolivia, as well as the departmental capital of the La Paz Department, and the second largest city in the country after Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Todos Santos

Todos Santos is a small coastal town at the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, on the Pacific coast side of the Baja California Peninsula, about an hour's drive north of Cabo San Lucas

  • Day 1:

    Start in the charming colonial fishing village of Todos Santos.

  • Day 2:

    Cliff walk past active sea lion colony and the ruins of Los Algodones port.

  • Day 3:

    Transfer to La Paz; motorboat to Espiritu Santo Island Eco Camp.

  • Day 4:

    Hike, kayak, swim, paddle or snorkel from the base camp of Espiritu Santo Island.

  • Day 5:

    Free morning for further activities at Espiritu Santo Island; afternoon return to La Paz by boat.

  • Day 6: Transfer to Magdalena Bay Whale Camp; afternoon whale watching excursion to observe Grey whales.
  • Day 7:

    Morning and afternoon whale watching excursions with naturalist guide, alternatively hike, bird watch or relax at camp. Optional afternoon excursion to turtle conservation camp.

  • Day 8:

    Final whale watching excursion and lunch; return to La Paz.

  • Day 9:

    Transfer to San Jose del Cabo, end.
